That MNF game next week might be the decider in that regard. If Purdy does this vs. that Ravens D and outduels Lamar, I think most of the naysayers will start singing a different tune. Funny how people dismiss Purdy because of the talent around him and the system and forget about Kurt Warner with the Rams. I guess Purdy should have worked at a grocery store.

Sounds like you are forgetting Kurt Warner with the Rams.

Playing in a different era he threw for 41 touchdowns and 4353 yards which smashed everyone in that time period.

Favre was closish twice for his MVP seasons. And Marino had special years in the 80s. No one else ever did anything like it until they changed the rules.

Bills dominated at the line of scrimmage, they just pummeled the Cowboys with their rushing attack. I think the Cowboys are very good this year but all too often they shit the bed in big games and it’s noticeable how much better than are in Jerry World than on the road.

I think that Brock Purdy is the definite MVP favorite now. If Tyreek hadn’t gotten injured I would’ve placed him up there but it’s hard to miss a game and win MVP.
