Special Teams have certainly improved - which goes to show you how smart Payton is about the stuff that affects the outcome of a football game.

The very first time an AFL team beat an NFL team - was when the Broncos beat the Lions in a pre-season game. Alex Karass was quoted before the game that if the Lions lost, he would walk home. I was there - at an old stadium DU had. On Sunday night = the Lions lose again.

Looking back at some of the coaches and coordinators - not to mention QBs - we've had since 2016, it's a wonder we won any games at all

Is our run defense improving?

Over the past 3 games the Broncos are giving 3.73 YPC. Opppnents have combined for 73 carries and 272 yards. Are we getting better or are opponents abandoning the run too early in their game plan against us?

By my observation both the offense and the defense are getting better. It's hard to be more positive than to see your team on a win streak or hot streak and at the same time giving you clues they are even better than what they have shown recently. I don't think anyone in the NFL wants to play these Broncos now.

I mean, play the defense? No, I don't think anyone wants that. But the offense just load the box and spy Wilson. Make him beat you. No team during our win streak has made the offense one-dimensional. 6 in the box with one spy, and a cover two rolled to Sutton should all but make us one-dimensional.
