Young did not have the discipline or smarts to make it work in the NFL as a QB. I said when he graduated he would be a lot better at WR if he wanted to apply himself. Alas he took his Diva act with him to the Titans and refused to put in the work need to become what he might have been.

Didn't he come out the same year as Bush and Mario Williams? If so, your statement that MOST thought the Texans should pick Young is a bogus one. Young was barely in the convo. People were up in arms regarding Bush not being selected, not Young.

Young just did not get it and wasted opportunity he did not put in the work and it came back and bit him in the ass. Cant say the results would have been the same in Houston but my money would take the odds it would have been worse due to Young's entitlement mentality.

So a few decisions like that provides justification for this guy pouting like a baby and at the same time pissing all of his money away? Please. Even if some of the blame lies with Fisher there were more mature ways that Young could have used to handle his situation.

Also - to be fair - just put yourself in Fisher's shoes - he not only had to handle Young but also some major headcases like Pacman and Haynesworth. Most coaches would go nuts with guys like that.
