Very impressed by him so far. Defense looks fast to the ball and I like the aggressive play especially getting after the quarterback. He doesn't even have Collinsworth, Russell, Williams, and Grace playing right now. Not to mention I think around 7 true freshmen have been playing on defense and have played well. Farley looks like a whole different player so far and has stepped up big time. I'm happy with what I see and hope it continues.

Great post. No one is talking about him but Farley looks like a different person. Kid looks like a stud right now.

Im loving this defense right now. Imagine next year. They will have like 8-9 starters back next year.

I have to admit I was shocked at how well Day and Jones moved for big guys and our corners covered like blankets and reacted like lightning and Jaylon Smith is just awesome to watch.

bbirish, I'm glad you mentioned Farley, because we all (including me) gave him a lot of shit last season, but he's a completely different player.

I have complained over the past few years that I wasn't seeing talent on the field that matched our recruiting. We probably haven't played any good teams yet, but it looks like we have bigger, stronger, faster players. Just imagine if we have a good offense and defense in the same year. When was the last time that happened?
