I don't think so. When I first turned to this channel Gilmore was begging for a pass interference penalty because the defender never looked for the ball. Otherwise known as Faceguarding. Which I don't think was ever a penalty in coollge, just the NFL and regardless hasn't been a penalty in either for at least 5 years. Then he wanted a targeting penalty because they hit the QB in the head with a shoulder pad... 15 yards downfield as the QB was a runner.

It's like you said, 8 don't know if he even watches college football.
