Hayward and Favors aren't playing so if we win this game, I don't want any asterisk for "Portland was without so and so and weren't playing for anything." If we lose, I fully reserve my right to dismiss Portland's injuries and say, "But Hayward and Favors didn't play."

Hayward has disappointed me this year.

But, he has so much talent, that they need him for the playoffs series next year.

Hayward has been fine, he ruined his stats with a few 20 minute nights. Isn't as consistent as Stockton and Malone. And tonight has been terrible for him and Favors. Between the two, 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, and 0 blocks. The only thing going is 0 turnovers and 0 fouls, with no stupid shots.

IMO, I'm not going by his stats. He just doesn't seem like a game changer in the games that I've seen.

Cotton scoring on a lot of jumpers.

I don't know what to think about this. A lot of midrange jumpers by the team today.

Usually I don't think that's reliable.

But, if they're setting screens for him, and then he's taking them, as opposed to driving pull-ups, that's a little better. Because using screens to get open, is a better play, IMO.

I guess I want to see more layups and shots at the rim soon, than jumpers.
