OU can absolutely win, but shouldn't. It all really depends on what OU's defense is able to do. Everyone knows OU's offense is going to score points. If OU's defense can perform beyond what anyone in the world expects of them, then yes, OU can win. This would be a whole different conversation if Alabama's offense had their typical output, but that's not the case this year.
