Yeah, kind of an off-season thread thing, but the Lions are starting their transition to FCS

... so why not start off by facing off against the Bama of FCS, in the Fargo Dome?

Fully expect the Lions to be mercilessly body-slammed, but still looking forward to it! Heh, maybe get to see the Lions face the barn in the next few years.

McNeese will play BYU next season. And to be honest, I'd rather see them play BYU than NDSU. Talk about jumping into the abyss. Best of luck!

Could very well happen. McNeese will play LSU in 2021 and Oklahoma St. in 2019. One thing about being a fan of a FCS team, the big boys will play them. They'll be cannon-fodder but they will play them.
