Man. The crappy, unpredictable, strike zone is my biggest complaint so far this series. And it has affected both teams thus far. I do believe it has a more adverse effect on the Nats though.

That call on Turner being out of the base path, while I hated for the Nats, wasn't that bad imho. I could see it going both ways. But he did run into Gurriel's glove so I can understand the call.


I got the affect/effect usage correct? Right?

I can see it being that way but still there is some crazy stuff going on in all sports.

But the strike zone issue is ridiculous. They can literally fix it by using modern day technology.

It was pretty bad but compare it to the shit in the NBA or NFL. Still don't want to see automation handling balls and strikes though. That would make the game feel way too sterile. Unless they had an ump robot that had a Stephen Hawking voice doing it. That might be cool.
