:hellno: @Judge Fudge started bring back the all day Saturday.....

I miss my bar and walking in at 6am and staying all day....No wife, no kids, just me my buddies!

Well I think teams that can't make it should have the option of autodraft...cause some teams are busy with life, you know

I think Lynch to the Raiders just sorta took the wind out of everyone else's sails

Blah. When have we seen a retired player come back to excel in the NFL, especially a 31 year old RB?

Raiders still need to draft a RB.

I always liked the Raiders. Man... Dalvin Cook would look great in silver and black. Really exciting young team.

How can any team be "too busy" this is the most exciting time of year?

They just are, okay? Maybe their old ladies or their Exes need them to do something with the kids, yanno? Teams like the Rams and Raiders have a bunch of ankle biters from previous relationships

Wow, just Wow!

Sorry we don't like the same things? Like I said the draft isn't for everybody. For me personally I work on a weekly show that is about an hour to an hour and half long that starts airing in November clear up to the draft. So I watch a ton of tape on all of these prospects. So starting today is the culmination of all that work finally being seen of how everything plays out.

Look I don't care how you try to justify it I think what you are spewing is BS, and you can't back track now. But hey to each their own.

What? What BS have I spewed? I have said that I love the draft and that there are others out there that do as well. I've gotten actually pretty well connected with the draft world out there so it is fun to compare notes on prospects and then also talk to scouts and see if I line up with them.

Yeah okay, but I just do not feel your response is honest. I don't see nor have I seen anyone else state that it's more exciting then the SB, of the Championship Games, I just don't feel that is an honest response. But I can't really debate it I have to take it for face value.

Well let's see. If my team is not in the Super Bowl then to me that is just entertainment. Yeah I cheered against the Patriots this past year but them winning or losing does nothing for me. Yes when the Broncos are in the Super Bowl it is a much more exciting game than the Draft.

Now for me like I said I invest hours upon hours of watching tape on probably close to 200 prospects in this draft. When you invest that kind of time and energy into something it means a lot more to you than most. Again I have a show I do that is just about the draft. So have to do plenty to prepare for that. It has reached a point now that the show has grown where it is making money. So my investment in this is starting to pay off and makes me want to work all the harder at it.

So no this is not BS for me to love the draft more than all those other things you have listed. Talk to me when you've watched hours of film on these prospects and tell me you don't love the draft more than all those other things other than your team being in the Super Bowl.

Really concerned the Chiefs are gonna blow their wad on mahomes and trade up to get ahead of the Cardinals. Not a Mahomes believer. Ton of chatter about it. Apparently he is their QB1

Yeah Yeah fine dude there is no way I am going to banter back and forth with you on this. You want to keep posting or need the last word go for it, I think it's a lie and I am okay with that. Have a nice day.

You skipped over my response then. The Super Bowl is just another game if you aren't invested in either of the teams winning. It's a big event only through hype for me unless I really care about the teams involved.

Everyone is involved in the draft. These draft weekends are where you make the moves that get you to the Super Bowl. Team building is a lot more interesting to me than a game between two teams I could care less about.

I realize the drafts aren't for everyone, but I love 'em. NFL draft and NBA draft especially, but have started watching the MLB draft for the past few years now as well. Can't get into the NHL draft though, as I just don't have any real interest in hockey.

I totally agree.

It used to be a 1 day draft. We would play a game where if you could guess the draft pick before it happened, you were able to disperse a shot of whiskey or a b.toke to whomever you wanted. You had to drink beer each time you missed on the pick though. However, everyone was pretty much wiped out after 3 rounds!

Still, the 3 day draft is f'n horrible. Holding it on a Thursday and running it through Saturday is just plain annoying and stupid.

Make it a 2 day draft. Start on Saturday. Run 1st through 3rd rounds. Wake up on Sunday. Run rounds 4 to 7. It would be much easier for the public to watch and follow.

I can't even begin to describe my hatred for this 3 day, start on a Thursday bullshit. It is possibly the worst idea ever!

Totally agree 1,000 percent....
