Fish
potatoes
onion
bacon
crushed tomatoes
ketchup
worcestershire sauce
hienz 57 sauce
V-8
salt
pepper

and if you like to spice it up, you can add some hot sauce.

That sounds pretty damn good actually. Catfish is probably my favorite fish to eat. How long do you usually leave it in the pot?

I simmer all the ingredients, minus the fish, for about an hour or so, then add the fish back in and simmer another 30-45 minutes. Then I like to refrigerate mine overnight and serve the next day. I think it has a lot more flavor that way. You can serve it after the 2nd simmer and it's good, but I like the overnight rest.

Soups and stews are almost always better the second day.

Ok thanks! I may try this next weekend.

Notice how many come from the offensively incompetent conferences. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not defending Oklahoma’s defense the last two seasons. We got a cancer that hopefully gets cut out this year. That said, often times those top defenses get lit up out of conference routinely.
Orlly?

Yeah, really. Look what Oklahoma’s offense did to Georgia.
which was what exactly? Both teams stats were pretty evenly matched in that game.. 527 Ga to 532 OU.. you were marginally better in passing and marginally worse in rushing.. and the important part.. YOUR ASS LOST

I never claimed Oklahoma won or had a good defense. That wasn’t the point there, Miss SEC. the point was all we heard going into that game was how bad ass Georgia’s defense was and how Oklahoma’s offense had never seen anything like it and would be stifled. Oklahoma’s offense then lit up that vaunted defense. My point still stands. Try and keep up between flicking your bean while chanting SEC!

Georgia still got lit up on defense too. Which was his point.

Dammit. I wanted to see how long it would take her to figure it out.

My B.

I agree with your statement a ton though. Can you imagine if these rough and tough SEC defenses had to play B12 offenses week in and out?

For a little more than 1 quarter of 1 football game.. but tell yourself that it was better then that..

That Defense you’re pumping up still gave up over 500 yards of offense and over 40 points in a semifinal game. Regardless of when it happened, they still gave it up in one game.
