We run the West Coast now. Outside of USC that is.... :pound:

Last year was the last time USC got someone we actually want from SoCal

Nebraska recruiting should get even better with the new rule allowing official visits in April, May, and June during a recruits Junior year. Kids and their parents will get expenses paid visits to far away campuses they normally may not have been able to afford. This is a very favorable new rule for midwest schools!

This new rule will help all schools, but most likely have the greatest positive impact on recruiting for the following Power 5 programs:

B1G
Nebraska
Iowa
Minnesota
Wisconsin

Big XII
Iowa State
Kansas
K-State

PAC
Colorado
Utah

SEC
Mizzou

ACC
Syracuse
Boston College

Look at this kids offer list:

Brendan Radley-Hiles, IMG Academy, Cornerback

I've never been more confident in a commitment either. He is a lock. He is my favorite defensive back I have seen on tape commit to Nebraska in the last... Well maybe ever. I honestly think he's going to be an all-american and a first round draft pick. I don't say that lightly and I have become a bit of a curmudgeon about recruiting, but if you just watch this kid work and listen to him talk, he is a grown ass man who has a one track mind.

I'll say it again, his commitment video is the only one that I've seen that didn't come off as self serving, arrogant, and cheesy. 16k likes on twitter. Like WHAT?

Kansas has a trio of 4* (one borderline 5*) recruits from Louisiana. Kansas? Beating all the top teams from the south, including Bama, LSU, and Florida State? How can this be?

Fickell is a master at recruiting. UC is very lucky to snag him up. He was a big reason why we got guys like Okudah and several others. Man I miss his presence at OSU.

Check out this doozy

Probably so. It's interesting that they committed at all though. To a mid-tier program even, I could see. But to perhaps the worst P5 program of the last decade? Seems there are other factors at work.

Spartans fans are shocked... they lost a highly coveted 4-star DE out of Ohio. Malik Vann was considered a Michigan State lean. Here was Vann's top 6 schools as of last week:

Vann's final 2 school choices were Michigan State and Cincinnati per this article:

Breaking: Malik Vann Commits To Cincinnati Bearcats

He decided to stay near home and go to Cincinnati.

Was that the year I lost hundred bucks taking Cinci over Florida in whatever bowl game it was? Bad tip from my youngest brother.

Lol yeah at the Sugar Bowl against Tebow. That was a every emotional season around here. The West Virginia game and the Pittsburgh miracle I'll never forget. I still believe we could've beaten Florida too. Fuck Brian Kelly.

Penn State is killing right now in recruiting. Already in on 6 top 100 recruits and probably 4 more.

What an awful couple of weeks of recruiting for Oklahoma. Wonder if that puts Casey Thompson back in play for us.

His is a great player. I'm not concerned about the QB spot right now though. 3 young guys behind Baker are more than capable.
