I'm glad we swept their asses.

If we would have let that shitty ass team beat us this year it would have been a wash.

Huskers win the first of their 2 "must win series" by taking 2 of 3 games at Northwestern.

They are sitting in 8th place and the Big 10 Tourney only takes the Top 8.

Purdue series is also MUST MUST win, because I don't think Nebraska can win the series @ Illinois to end the regular season.

It's gonna be close if they can finish in the Top 8.

Not necessarily. They are mathematically eliminated from the top 2 spots. Most likely eliminated from the 3rd spot.

So that leaves 4-8 available. They might be ok if they can take 2 of 3 from Purdue and one from Illinois.

#9 Minnesota is one game behind Nebraska. They have a series at Iowa and host a series with Michigan St.

It looks like it'll be between Minnesota and Nebraska for the 8th spot. Nebraska won the series with them (2-1) so they'd get a head-to-head in event of a tie breaker.

Gophers get swept by Iowa and are 7-14 in B1G. Have 3 games against Michigan St to finish reg season.

Huskers are 9-10 right now. Currently trail Purdue 2-1 in 7th. Have 1 more against Purdue tomorrow and 3 @ Illinois.
