Tired of your school not going after the recruit you want?

Apparently on UBooster, you can pledge to donate money when your school lands specific recruits. I heard an ad for this on the radio, and it sounded intriguing. I can't imagine schools will put much stock in something like this, but thought it would be interesting to talk about.

lol, I could only imagine if someone tried to tell Saban who to recruit based on this.

Yea, most of us tend to not know a damn thing about these kids until our schools offers them or even more so we actually see them playing college football games. I'll leave recruiting to the dudes getting paid for it.

Not too sure about that, but I'd definitely be one of those boosters giving out impermissible benefits. Worst thing for Alabama would be me hittin it big.

I'd be careful though...probably just walk in front of the recruit, "accidentally" drop a couple stacks.

Then I'd pay a bunch of recruits to commit to auburn....but I'd keep the receipts on them bitches so I can turn'em in to the NCAA later on.

Weird...you can't offer the recruit money for signing a LOI, but you CAN bribe the school to go after a player with what is called a "donation."

Just one more way that the schools can benefit from these kids, but the kids can't even accept burger king or a night of couch surfing.

Was talking about recruits. I have no doubt that they receive lots of permissible (and some impermissible) benefits once they are enrolled, mainly the edumacashun.
