The defense has taken a seasons worth of snaps in 5 games. You can’t expect them to hold up physically and mentally when your offense goes three and out consistently

That was last year's Seahawks team too. The offense was NEVER on the field. Way worse than the 2nd worst team.

Exiting before OT is the most embarrassing aspect. It one thing to be in the late time slot with some guy named Spero calling the game. Its another to be in prime time.

We know Hackett is close to going. What about Paton who hired this clown and gave RW $250M when he was under contract for 2 more years. Did RW force his hand . I know there was a deadline ? Maybe he said give me a new contract or I'm walking after 2 years.

If the bolded is true, then maybe Russ was trying to get as much guaranteed money as possible knowing that he didn't have the skillset anymore that would force a lucrative contract down the road.
