Brady likes them soft. Rodgers likes them hard.

Who the fuck came up with 12.5-13.5 anyway?

What kind of stupid fuck cares if it goes beyond that. Change the stupid rule, please.

Thank you.

Oh BTW, they probably will. And it will be part of the reason Brady gets a suspension closer to zero games. Pleased to inform you all.

No they should have never been in the first place. This is just undoing something that should have not been there. Like the amendment ending Prohibition. Ridiculous that we needed to change it with an amendment, but some stupid fucking yucks wrote it down in the first place.

I've said before that it's a stupid rule. It's antiquated and unnecessary. Back in the day when both teams were using the same footballs, it was probably necessary.

Now, these teams and the league have so much money that they can have pretty much an endless supply of footballs. Let the quarterbacks for each team have them inflated the way they like.

Having said that, a rule is a rule until it's changed and there should be consequences for the Patriots actions.

I guess this is an updated version of the "pine tar homer" call against George Brett. There once was a good reason for having the rule in place, but the reason was made obsolete and nobody bothered to change the rule until its stupidity was no longer avoidable.

actually, thats incorrect.

for civil cases or NFL like this, yes.

"legal investigations" as a whole?

absolutely not.

Which is exactly what the article says. That's my bad adding the legal investigations bit, I'm not a lawyer obviously.

I think the pressue is damn important. If it wasn't then QB's wouldn't have a preference.

Keep a standard and put the onus on the offense to ensue balls meet regulation or forfeit the game. Officials can check whenever they want before play starts. If the offical finds a ball out of regulation, he says nothing. He lets the game play out so the fans are not shorted and revenues continue. Just after the game ends. The lead offical announces if there were any forfietures due to cheating.

After a losing a game or two where the scoreboad read 48 - 7 in your favor. Teams will get the idea.

Why do teams get penalized 10 yds of offensive holding and only 5 yds for defensive holding? It's the same thing.
