The TV value of ACC football teams (2005-2010)

- All expansion teams have more Big Four Network appearances than all original members.

- Florida State dominates Big Four appearances, while Virginia Tech is tops at ESPN. These have clearly been the best ACC television resources for football in this time span.

- ACC Network (Jefferson-Pilot, Raycom) loves NC schools.

- ESPN-U stands for ESPN-UVA.

-While there is a correlation between winning and TV appearances, there are also other factors at work here. FSU and Miami are of interest to national viewers despite their level of play. Wake had some of their best years, and still lack coverage at the national level.

I think what helps our case for the ESPN/ESPN2 games is that we've been playing 2 Thursday night games a year for a while now. I'm pretty shocked that BC has had the second most games shown since they've been in the conference.
