I thought Marlon seemed like a pretty good person..

I think the way he condoned every psycho thing Nia did, was pretty bullshit, but I suppose he was the most decent.

Yeah, he seems nice enough but it was sort of cowardly how he just stayed out of everything. I sort of thought Jordan seemed like a reasonable dude as well. Obnoxious at times, but it's not like he was outlandish. I saw both of them in the new Challenge preview. I like that show way better anyway

The Challenge is the only reason I keep up with RW. No idea why I love that trainwreck of a show so much..

Use to be my only reason for it but now I just watch the challenge now. I think the last time I watched a full season of Real World was... Austin?

You talking those Homecoming shows? I've been watching. NYC was a downer since they did it in the middle of the covid lockdowns so they couldn't really do much of anything. LA has been pretty good though.

I will watch these for just a few more seasons. I liked the first few, before they became a complete joke. I will probably watch through Seattle. S4? S5? I would love to see them talk about the slap. Also, isn’t that the season where one of the guys ended up banging one of the producers?

Holy crap you are right......

I've seen a few episodes on Paramount+
The LA cast was such a train wreck. And the production completely threw David under the bus and bent over backwards to protect/back Tami.

I wouldn't go that far. They literally went out of their way to get David out of the house to protect him when Tami's husband showed up and it's fairly obvious they weren't going to keep filming until he left. If they didn't care or just wanted stuff for ratings/publicity, the move would to totally just film David getting his ass beat.

And they never showed any reprimands or repercussions for tami for creating that situation.

They didn't show anything for David either though. He was clearly antagonizing her the entire time. He wasn't even on the phone, just pretending he was.
