Rumors are that Cliff Lee's $25M per is out of the question and they have no interest in Matt Garza. Even with Freddy Garcia being a pleasant surprise, what's the next step? If they're going to compete, they better get something done soon.

Honestly, there is normally a few #3 or #4 type guys out there at the deadline. They will just have to shop the "other than Lee" market.

The problem is that we have about four #3 or #4 guys right now. Hopefully Gausman can keep going in the right direction and be a nice addition to the rotation and also hoping that Dylan Bundy comes back healthy and raring to go.
