The draft will have to be done here because Fantrax doesn't allow you to drop players during the draft. So all picks will be made here. Technically the draft won't start until Monday morning, once the real draft is over and owners have had a night to recover. I will make the first team OTC at noon on Monday. However, if you are ready to make your pick, you can make it any time before then, as long as it's your turn of course. But if some teams have picked before the NFL draft is over, and the next team up isn't ready, they will be the first ones OTC at noon Monday.

If you are a team with 18 players on your roster and are looking to make a pick when your spot comes, please announce whom you are dropping, and then whom you are drafting. Then the updated draft list will only contain the draft pick so as to keep it nice and organized.

I will change the draft to offline at some point this evening and manually change the draft picks to mirror what has been traded. I will then go in and update rosters with each team's picks once Fantrax puts the players onto their site. I don't have a timetable as to when that will be. So it will be up to each individual owner to keep track of anyone dropped in case they want to draft them instead of a rookie.

And away.....we.................go(homage to Billy on the Street)!!!

Yep. .I should be, but they desperately needed defense, both the line and the secondary. DMC and Alf, or virtually any warm body could've been good enough

A better offense is a good defense though. Can't count on DMC to play 32 games in a row. Alf, well, let's just say I'm glad I was sitting down when you gave him (even a back handed) compliment! ;)

Find some gems now.... nothing but D the rest of the way I assume.

Well at least I can feel good about racing for him in any drafts this year. At the least I'll enjoy watching a guy on my team

i still wouldnt, they didnt keep DMC and pick up alf for no carries......and rookies generally dont dominate

whats amazing, elliott was not just the 4th pick overall, but i think the hype train is going to move him into the first round in redraft leagues too... or at least the 2nd round

but running backs are the one position historically is better when the player is young... sitting elliott makes no sense, he HAS to be a 20+ touch back from the start

There's still plenty of time for them to dump/trade Alf and/or DMC..and there's often one rookie who does dominate, none will be in a better position.

You don't use a top 5 pick on a RB if you aren't prepared to hand him the job. .one of the 2 vets, maybe even both, will be gone
