Made it out on the ice for most of the day Saturday. I was a little nervous about the ice conditions leading up to it with all the warm weather we've had last week, but we had 8-10 inches of ice all day long.

Caught channel catfish all day long with a few crappie mixed in here and there.

If Nebrasketball hadn't been playing that night we probably would have had a hell of a fish fry

I caught my first trout ever on Saturday. Limited out on them in about an hour. Caught nothing on Sunday. Plus, ended up hitting a rock with my auger and ruined the blades. Ended up having to buy new ones, plus a battery for my flasher unit. $70 in gear for 5 trout.... Worth every penny.
