I like the way Bill Moos does not shy away from the media.

He's not afraid to take all questions.

Interesting statement:
"The football program will be evaluated by the end of the season. I don't make coaching changes unless there is some kind of behavioral problem or something like that. I will dedicate a lot of my time observing and assessing nebraska football and where I feel after the next 3-4 weeks where we exactly are, and then we'll put a plan together to continue the course or we'll go a different direction. For right now my coach is Mike Riley and I'm supporting him, and hope we win some games. I think we sure can".

That tells me the evaluation process starts from here on out, and what's happened previously doesn't get brought into the evaluation process.

I keyed more on his statements about when he brought Leach into Wash St. He said he expected it to take 3-4 years to build a program there.
That that didn't apply here because everything was already in place to win. That not winning here is "unacceptable".

Anyway. Like I said earlier, I like the way he doesn't shy away from the media and fields all questions. .

Regarding him not making coaching changes, I'm pretty sure he said (or meant) during the season.

Yes, that is what he was referring too.

He didn't go into detail about what kind of offense he wanted to see, but he put extreme emphasis on the defensive play.
Defense win's championships...

This worries me, unless getting embarrassed on national TV several times is considered a behavioral problem.
