Looks solid. It's kind of the same thing we did with Husky stadium. Keep the general facade but modernize everything, right size the seating capacity, improve all the facilities like bathrooms and concessions, etc... Include some club areas to help bring in revenue. Make the seating configuration more comfortable and improve sight lines.

Looks like it is going to be really cool you may want to rethink the "Bear Bryant" building on the corner or your going to have the bammers sacrificing their young before the game out front and that just gets messy.

Would prolly be a good idea to put in some drains en sech. Maybe a dumpster or two also.
