Well they were 0-2 to start 2001 without Brady, had gone 5-11 the year before. And they were 24th in the league in scoring offense in the 3 seasons prior to Brady and were 4th in scoring offense in 2001 from Week 3 on.

...and his stats were good but not great. 18 TD, 12 INT, 86.5 rating, 63.9 completion percentage, etc. In other words, 2016 Eli Manning. They were also 6th in the league in points allowed. No one player wins in a vacuum.

New England is a team loaded with talent. You don't win multiple SB's without it.
Talent can be wasted if not properly channeled G&G, you should know that. Or, a solid, properly coached team can help build talent. Elliptical commentary anyway you look at it.

You think an 86 passer rating in 2016 is the same as an 86.5 passer rating in 2001? Brady was 6th in passer rating that year, Manning was 22nd in 2016. And that 63.9 completion% was 4th in the league, Manning was 17th in 2016.

So no, he wasn't 2016 Eli Manning.

Of course no one player wins in a vacuum. I never said that Brady took that team all by himself to a Super Bowl. But he was the biggest reason for the turnaround that occurred immediately when he became the starter.

Ok tell all the cast offs, undrafted FAs and lack of 1st rounders that. You wouldn't even know 3/4s of them if they didn't play in NE.
In your opinion the Patriots are a crappy team that got lucky in multiple Super Bowls. Most folks know better.

Do you think if you keep saying that I'll start to believe it? I've never said they were a crappy team nor got lucky. You're just butt hurt that I am right. A bunch of cast offs, low or undrafted picks... BB and TB are the GOATs [mic drop].

Actually I give the Patriots more credit than you do. I'm surprised you give Brady and Belichick their props when you shit on the rest of the team.

I tell it like it is unlike you.
You definitely tell it, for you, me and other posters. How about sticking to things you say/said and not make shit up about what others are saying? Just a thought.

I try to be realistic. Maybe you should consider it.

Nothing it's all staged Gronk will never learn or grow up. We lost a RB 15 years ago Edwards for playing sand football

At least he's partying now and not before a playoff game.

He had back surgery only 4 mos ago Oh well u do have a point Gronk will be Gronk

I agree with you he should be at WM just as a fan but yes Gronk will be Gronk and when the time comes, put up the numbers he's suppose too. If his numbers dip because he didn't rest his back, then i'd be pissed.

This was no big deal. Prior to this reports were he'de be ready come 21 April. We're just over three weeks away. All he did was throw a shoulder block. Now had he started suplexing the dude or he getting body slammed I'd be concerned. Gronk just Gronking.
