At a certain point when the kid has had off the field issues separate from the two things he's currently being investigated for and already been suspended twice from sports, it may be time to stop giving him the benefit of doubt and letting him play. But what does FSU care? The window to win NCs is small, no one is going to remember these issues in 50 years.
