Hoying just screams AAAA player, but that's probably because he will never get enough PAs on the ML club to matter.

If the Rangers somehow fall out of contention post ASB, I would hope some young guys get extended playing time like Guzman.

I see your point. Sure Rangers are being careful not to start his click too soon especially with Gallo as a 1B/LF option when Beltre comes back. Gallo hopefully still gets some time at 3B

Yeah, its the only reason he's getting away with it, makes for much closer plays than necessary and not to mention the fact that he's causing himself to have to rush throws
