I was fine with trying Cam in the 4th, but when it wasn't working they needed to re-insert DLo. Ham's play calls and substitutions continue to be questionable, and it sounds like he could be losing the locker room (at least there were rumblings after the Denver game). A win like tonight sweeps that under the rug a bit, but there was an awful lot of stupid turnovers.

Simple and that they will be ready for any series they’re in

They looked really bad last night. Turnovers kept them close (and unexpected scoring runs by Giddey in the paint and Dort from 3). I'd blame it on the back to back if they hadn't been basically the best team in the NBA on b2b games previously.

Giddey catching a lot of boos from the fans last night.

Just a poor matchup for them style wise more than “ain’t ready”
Yeah I’m not freaking out about a team the Thunder are 9 games better than.

Do you want to base your expectations on last year's playoffs instead? I'm good with that too.
Just decide if the fact that the Lakers are fighting for a play in spot matters or not. Be consistent.

Did I say it wasn't? Maybe don't paint all Lakers fans as one entity?

Can't target a specific seed with so much movement at the top and the bottom teams bunched together too. Lakers have definitely underperformed in general and ideally avoid the play in, but playoffs in any form is job one.

Wait, I can still hear the fans cheering something when Giddey touches the ball....sounds like BOOOOOOO!

But it's completely forgotten and over with.

Of course it is, let’s just not say it’s a guarantee that the playoffs will go a certain way for certain if the teams play again. If that’s the case the same regular season results can be used to show the Lakers have no chance at all against other teams. I for one don’t believe that to be the case.

It really is for anyone that matters, it’s over. It’s as stupid as people counting Giannis time to shoot a free throw. It will go away but hey if fans are bored so be it.

Obviously they notoriously struggle with the Nuggets. 2-1 vs the Pels, 1-1 vs the Warriors, 3-1 vs the Clips, 3-1 vs the Thunder, 3-2 vs the Suns, but 0-2 vs the Kings and 0-2 vs the Wolves. Kings are currently on a downturn and the Lakers have them twice coming up soon to try to even that up.

Yeah, what it has shown so far is that the Lakers are too physical for the Thunder right now. Doesn't mean it can't or won't change. The Thunder will learn how to deal with that over time. It may not help them if they meet in the playoffs this season. But it will help them going forward. Not only against the Lakers, but also any other more physical team.

To be expected when your lone starting "big" weighs 130 lbs
