Terrible Michigan team to play in terrible BWW bowl against Kansas St

Fuck. I'm in Chicago on Dec 28th and now we're scheduled to play in a fucking terrible ass bowl and face a KSU team I couldn't give a shit about at 10:15 fucking PM. Are you kidding? Come on. Who schedules that crap? To make things worse -- we have a comedy show that we bought tickets for starting at 9pm; which I'm pretty sure if you factor in the time change from Michigan to Chicago - that's 10:00 our time. God damn it. I hate sports.

I really had hopes we would drop to the Gator. God damn Nebraska, no one wants you and it hurt us because of it.

Kansas st actually has a pretty solid team. I think they would handle my longhorns easily if they played now. I really like their offense. Great OL, explosive WR's, veteran RB who has started for 3 years, and two fun to watch qb's that split time. I think you can score on their defense though. I'm looking forward to that game honestly.

Eh, an easy win will give you momentum for next year. The PAC 12 needs to fix their bowl tie ins though. A larger conference shouldn't play down to a smaller conference. When you grew it never got fixed. Likewise the Big 12 didn't fix theirs when they shrank. We are gonna get skull fucked in our lower tier bowls...

Shockingly enough, this game is higher in the B10 lineup than the Gator bowl - which means Nebraska got dropped and a 7-5 Michigan team was picked over them.

That was happening either way. I was hoping to come home and have a bowl game to look forward to planning a party for on the 1st. Now I'm probably going to miss the first bit of the game because of a pre-planned event we're going to and then try to scramble to find somewhere to watch the rest. Literally the worst day this bowl could have been scheduled and at the worst time.

This has not been a good season, that's for sure. Hopefully it's down to the last play so Borges can run a play, KSU can call a timeout and adjust to that play and Borges can run the same play only to fail and lose the game.
