A complete lack of consistency in the run game by Whisenhunt led to the demise of Shonn Greene. And I feel sorry for Jackie Battle and Bishop Sankey too. If I'm a RB trying to establish myself, the Titans are literally the last team in the league I want to play for.

Well actually i was looking up something on Mariota and a few pages in i found you guys. As big as this site is i'm surprised about not finding it until now.

Ironically back in the Fisher days this would be one of the very first places a RB would want to go but things have indeed changed. Whisenhunt won't win many games without having some sort of run offense. He does have a running back by committee approach.

Andy Levitre was a total bust; yet another horrible draft pick by the Titans.

Cobb's injury is more serious than orginally thought so the Titans placed him on IR with a designation to return. He's out until at least week 10. Bummer. I liked what I saw and thought he could have been a productive back.

I still think the Titans need to establish the run game more. They could have pounded the ball up the middle and controlled the clock down the stretch against Indy instead of Mariota putting the ball in the air on that devastating pick.
