How do you know Sanchez wasn't giving 110% and thankful for the opportunity - but he just sucks at being a QB? I saw no lack of effort from him.

The reason they're playing McElroy is because they want to see if there is any future of him being in the organization. If not - time to go draft another QB.

Well it is more of lack of self confidence then even effort, but that can affect a players effort. Everytime he made a mistake, which was all the time, he had his head down. It might not be effort but lack of self-confidence is just as bad.

Even if Tebow goes to Jax, he won't be a full time starter. He simply isn't a good QB, there's no way around that. Once they lose several games with him putting fantastically awful numbers, they'll be demanding to play either Gabbert or drafting a new QB.

Tebow simply has no future in the NFL as a QB. Players that don't complete half their passes, pass for less than the NFL average per completion, and only put up 100 yards a game do not have lengthy careers. The luster will fade off that turd pretty quick

Now he's going to Jacksonville and I hope he gets every opportunity in the world as the starter in a fundamental offense and finally gets exposed for what he is. He makes me sick.

Tebow is dealing with the same garbage that he put Brady Quinn through in Denver and he deserves every bit of it. Tebow passed over the noticeably better Quinn due to fan influence and contract reasons. At least this year he is being evaluated on his skill set and that has him as the starting punt protector. I can't feel bad for him because he hasn't earned the starts he already played and if he were to start in NY it would because of who he is and not what he can do.
