There was a missed call at first that cost Vandy a run but was a missed call at 3rd against Michigan in 1st that cost them a run so at least it feels like a wash and neither got the advantage

My grandson is there with his traveling baseball team. They are there for the week and playing in a tournament. He’s for Vanderbilt. He plays on the thirteen and under team from the EDGE in Greencastle, Pa. If you look at the fans behind home plate when the center field camera has the shot, there are six or seven kids and adults with orange shirts and a couple white, that say EDGE and hats with an E. The score strip at the upper left on my tv partially covers them unfortunately. My son said that among other seats that they purchased for the team, that those particular seats, they are rotating the kids in and out of them. They also have tickets for tomorrow’s game. Looks like pretty good weather for the week.

Great experience for them. Omaha is a great city. Hopefully they got to go to the zoo.

Michigan is probably the hottest team I've ever seen in the CWS. They've just had their way and doing everything right. Other teams just struggle to respond to it.

Yeah. They're on fire compared to where they were when they lost the series in Lincoln back in May and then the Big 10 Tournament in Omaha the following week.

They played 8 games in Nebraska in late May in just two weeks (3 in Lincoln, 5 in Omaha).

Makes you wonder if the 5 games in Omaha didn't light their fire going into the NCAA tourney.
