If Darling looks bad with the Hawks losing the veteran Crawford will get the start in the series finale. You can't put a rookie on the road in a potential deciding game.

Preds went against a recent Cup winner and battled it out hard core. Sucks to lose but they played a awesome series.

Maybe that explains why Paul Gaustad was on the ice for Nashville down a goal and the net empty.

Really though there is just no excuse for that kind of shit. The guy is horrible.

This series ended for the Hawks about as well as they could have scripted- Crawford struggled early with pretty much no defensive support and Darling struggled late with pretty much no defensive support, but Crawford was able to keep Nashville off the scoresheet the rest of the way in Game 6 and get some much needed confidence preparing for a team he has absolutely dominated the past couple years.

His recent numbers against Minnesota:
2014-15 season: 2-2, 2.02GAA, 0.948SVP
2013-14 postseason: 4-2, 1.97GAA, 0.926SVP
2012-13 postseason: 4-1, 1.32GAA, 0.950SVP

The Hawks will need that type of performance to move on, and if Crawford is ready to go, he is a game-changer in this series. Him, Bickell, and Kane are career Minnesota Wild killers.
