Stanford D-line coach Randy Hart has retired after 46 years of coaching. His heir apparent...a former d-line assistant whoe is currently the d-line coach at Oklahoma.
Well he did put the second stringers in mid way through the 3rd . Hart has an amazing history and deserves to be in the pantheon of greatest position coaches in college football. And are we sure that Hart is retiring on his own or was he forced out after giving up 16 in the second half to Iowa?
True, and his family is there. Just rare that Stanford can manage to poach a coach from the blue blood football schools. He's from there. In fact he was just vacationing there when the position came open. Great hire for them
2025 & 2026 can't get here soon enough!Who wouldn't want to get out of Oklahoma to live in California?
lol, I'll be almost 40.2025 & 2026 can't get here soon enough!
Moving closer to family from what I've heard. Really solid coach who did some pretty good things in a year here. Recruiting wasn't spectator, but tough to gauge him given his short tenure. Wish him nothing but the best. Great guy.
The best part of that is that it was an improvement from year before.vs Tulsa - gave up 176 rushing yds
vs WVU - gave up 196 rushing yds
vs. Texas - shredded to pieces for 313 rushing yds
vs TTU - gave up 172 rushing yds
vs. BU - gave up 160 rushing yds
vs. TCU - gave up 160 rushing yds
vs Clemson - shredded to pieces for 312 yds
And we were focused on the corn dogs the last 3 years. This year we'll be ready!!
Think yall be off sanctions by then?lol, I'll be almost 40.
