This team will play hard (they have all season), but another blowout is likely. These are the Spurs and they are in playoff mode. They are not OKC and are unlikely to have a letdown like we saw from OKC last Sunday. The Spurs are pretty much a machine at this point in the season.

I disagree with the team playing hard. At times it's been almost laughable. The last game against the Clippers was the icing on the cake.

Eh, I think both you and trojan are right. Some nights they play hard and some nights they don't. It probably comes down to the opponent as in if they feel like they can beat them, they'll put in effort. Like "Hey, its the Bucks tonight. We can win that one!" or "Damn. It's the Spurs. If we're down by 13 in the 2nd quarter, I'm checking out and seeing where those Laker girls are going after the game".

And a heads up to fellow Lakers fans, if you don't like Celtics fanboy Bill Simmons, don't watch the ESPN feed tonight. He and Jalen Rose are calling the game with Mike Tirico.

I tend to disagree. The Lakers don't have much in the way of players. Players can be playing hard, but be overmatched to the point that it looks like they're not trying. If I played Kobe in one on one (even with his injury), I'd try as hard as I could to beat him (or at least hit a shot) but I'd bet he'd make it look like I wasn't trying.
