I find some of those hard to believe. Especially JCC dropping 15 lbs. Guy tweets all the time about getting bigger and stronger and in pics he has not looked smaller at all

Driving from Tech to DC to go to a rave concert on Friday night that will probably last until 2 in the morning. That gives me 10 hours to drive back and get some tailgating in before the game. Sounds doable.

As ironic as it is, I have fatherly duties that will carry me to DC on the 20th from ... Oh yes .. Roanoke on that day .. I have a buddy's retirement party that we're throwing on ... Oh yes .. On the 6th .. What are these people thinking?

I've kept the calendar clear, so I'll be on site. Can't wait to see our new offense

Probably won't be able to make it this year. Work is really heating up.

Very glad to hear that your mom is doing well, 46!

No word yet but I really hope they televise the spring game on E3, like they had planned to last season.

more roster weight updates:

Motley: 207 -> 219
Wright: 223 -> 229
C Williams: 235 -> 230
Tyler: 236 -> 225
Ward: 303 -> 298
St. Germain: 225 -> 217 (appears to be a correction... yesterday it changed from 212 -> 225)
Osterloh: 301 -> 330
Shuman: 307 -> 314
Miller: 304 -> 293
Smiling: 212 -> 202
J Taylor: 246 -> 268
A Smith: 284 -> 299
Rody: 221 -> 227
Rolin: 176 -> 186
Shaw: 175 -> 180
Q Taylor: 200 -> 209
Trimble: 200 -> 219
Westbrook: 185 -> 179
Windmuller: 170 -> 177

Thoughts:
- Not sure Tyler losing that much is a good thing.
- Osterloh is huge! This is a good thing, with that height.
- Wonder if Justin Taylor will move inside at that weight.
- With Alston's gain and Nigel's loss, it would appear Bruce's son has the leg up in the competition for a spot in the 2-deep.
- Thinking Trimble will be a better linebacker but have less ST tackles with an extra 19 lbs.

And Willenbrock now has a number again... just changing it to reflect his new position.

I can only assume that most of the weights posted for the fall were higher than the guys actually weighed during the season. To me it seems like a lot of these guys actually have to make a conscious effort to eat like pigs or the weight just falls off. I eat more than anyone I know (and get trashed three times a week), but I can hardly get bigger at all and I lift 3-4 times a week. I also have a pretty good understanding of nutrition so I'm not just winging it.

My point is that during winter, these guys are probably not as focused on getting big and as a consequence, they accidentally lose weight. During the summer, when all they have to focus on is football and the only dining hall open on campus is D2, I will bet they start to bulk up again.
