Mike & Mike are the worst. I only hear them on Monday mornings as I go in early to work and I swear it's 5 minutes of talking, 5 minutes of live ads, 2 minutes about the Jets and 10 minutes of commercials. Can't listen to it.

I enjoy the Rise Guys' 1320 Sacramento show in the afternoons. Sports talk radio isn't made for hard-core sports fans like people who peruse sports forums all the time; it's made for the masses (people who don't follow very closely). But the Questions for Kreidler song cracks me up.

I'll listen to mike and mike a bit because they aren't over the top about their stuff podcast is better since the commercials are cut out. That is just too much.

Listening to Stephen A Smith do NFL is just horrible. He's fine with his NBA knowledge, but goes out on these ledges for his NFL predictions that make no sense and then just pretends he never said that they following week when proven wrong.

Mostly just listen to local sports, Mark Schlereth has a show out here, and a few other decent guys.
