Damn good battle of defense all game long, damn good penalty kick showdown!

For both Seattle and Toronto, it was the first time either team made it to the Cup Final, so a hearty congratulations to both of them.

For the Sounders FC, it was a turnaround mid-season that sent them from the basement to the title, the kind of thing you'd expect more from the movies!

Way to go, Seattle!

Sigi could never seal the deal when it really counted. Unreal how different this team was under a new HC calling the shots.

Great to see them finally win it. Sounder Fans definitely do considering how much support they gave to them no matter how much mediocrity was presented at times.

Great win. Frei was insane tonight for sure. He had some all time great saves in MLS cup history and really was the story of the match.

Hate PK's deciding games. One of the things I like least about soccer in general. Still, this time never looked like it was in the match and somehow found a way to a blank sheet and a PK win.

Really cool for guys like Brad Evans who has been on this team forever (and prior Sounders team in lower league).

Portland found a way to win one last year and now the cup is in much better hands. Go eat a bag of dicks timbers.

4th and 5th PK attempts by Seattle were unbelievably great with all the pressure to perform.
