Sony sound bar + sub woofer

Just got one and set it up. I'm playing around with the sound settings now and was wondering if anyone else uses a sound bar and what sound settings you prefer for sports or movies or just regular old tv viewing.

My options on this one are: surround, clear audio+, voice, and night. Then there are a couple of dolby digital settings that I haven't messed around with yet.

I have a Vizio sound bar & sub woofer... Currently set to surround. Never felt the need to change it because it sounds amazing.
