So Has Michigan Called You Yet?

I just got the call and had to politely turn them down I just don't think making a transition into coaching right now is the right move. I suggested they call Les but he had just turned them down also now I'm thinking some of you guys might be on the list so consider this a heads up.

Les turned us down? Not so fast my friend. He wasn't offered. All he said was that Michigan has not made contact and he won't be changing jobs. It's also interesting to note that he wouldn't allow to be quoted on the record.

For all we know Michigan told HIM that we weren't interested. Both pay sites said that Les' agent actually made the first contact, so Michigan very well could have said a few things.

I just don't think, after all the talk the 3rd time around, Les was or will ever be an option -- to many people who are "connected" do not like him personally.

I have to say, though, despite what you may think -- waiting this long is a very good thing. Every day that ticks by makes it that much more likely Harbaugh is our guy.

Oh man, did we ever get burned. Got arguably the best coach in football, who has averaged 12 wins per year since 2008 and won the SEC and BCS titles 3 times. I hope we continue to get burned if thats what you want to call burned.
