I love the love the Cowboy fans give Randy Gregory and the love Seattle fans give Russell Wilson (Although these people would look pretty silly if they didn't ;)) I was expecting mixed opinions from Cowboy fans given the suspensions with Gregory but it looks like everyone pretty well is on the same page and are sad to see him go.

I have always been a supporter of Gregory.

And I've always hated Seattle, except when they play teams I dislike more.

I was happy to see Randy Gregory was going to be wearing #5... Means I can get a jersey now since I don't like wearing jersey's in the 90's... Wish Dre'Mont Jones would take # 11. :dhd::dhd::dhd::dhd:

Does anyone care that Gregory had arthroscopic surgery on his shoulder a couple days ago? Sounds like he should be ready by the start of the season, but this likely means he misses the off-season workouts and preseason games.

I saw that and I hope he is truly ready for the season. Shoulders are tricky. Don't like it when players can't take part in training camp. It usually takes 4-6 weeks of the regular season before they get up to speed.

What were the Broncos supposed to say about the surgery, but swear they knew this when they made the trade? ;)

There's a good chance the Broncos didn't know about this shoulder problem IMO. I do suspect - when they discovered it - they were the ones who would have wanted to have the surgical procedure done now.

Based on what Albright said, the reason that it took Gregory so long to sign was working out the language due to the shoulder surgery. Albright also said Gregory is expected to be ready for training camp.

The fact Paton was contemplating failing Gregory suggests he was not 100% sure of the signing. Lets hope outcome is successful and Gregory can play painfree this year

As we saw with Chubb last year, you can’t hurry love. Let’s hope that they are smart with the rehab and therapy.

Gregory is only making $14 million a year. Miller is making $18 million per year. That is a big difference. I like Gregory I think he is a good buy at this point. I watched a few Cowboy games and Gregory looks like a MAN out there. He is very tall but his arms are way too long for his height. He caused five turnovers last year. He was also one of the Cowboys' captains even after all the problems he has had. I am very optimistic Gregory outplays this contract.

I know times are changing but Gregory does look like a man.
