Should undrafted underclassmen be eligible to return?

It's funny.

People like to constantly claim about everything revolving around what is good for the kids. And if any school should dare do something that they can spin as not being the best for the kids, they will go off about it over and over.

But then something like this - which would actually good for the kids as it gives them more opportunity with less risk. Everyone is like screw them!

And then people wonder why I'm skeptical about claims that they care about kids etc. No you don't.

If the answer is yes for undrafted players, what about guys who get drafted in the 7th round who thought they should have been drafted in the 4th round. Or third round players who thought they would have been first rounders.
