Normally, a player with a career like Moss's is without question worthy of retiring a jersey number for. That said, I do think that it's debatable given that he only spent 7 seasons in Minnesota. That's not a small number of years to be with one team, but when I think of players getting their jersey numbers retired, I usually think more along the lines of 8-10+ years. Ultimately, Moss spent just half of his career with the team, so it's kind of a toss-up depending on how you look at it. In my opinion, I wouldn't be against it, but I'd also understand if they didn't do it as well.
