I dont believe any notion that Mizzou is going to stay down just with how markets work. At some point, they'll be undercutting other institutions at every level and the numbers will come back.

I was at the 1975 game in Columbia when Joe Washington scored on a 75 yard run to put the Sooners within 1 point, then Joe scored on a two point conversion to save a National Championship season. What a crowd at Missouri! I saw more whiskey bottles in that stadium during that game than another other two games put together in my whole life. Unbelievable. Some guy behind us kept cheering the whole game for the Missouri QB, Steve Pisarkiewicz who was a hell of a player, to move their offense down the field while constantly slapping my Dad on the back and saying "watch this, Okie!". We laughed our asses off when Pisarkiewicz finally threw a late interception that killed them and that guy behind us jumped up and shouted "fucking pollock!".
