I often don't get to brag about my Bills, but it looks like McDermott is the leading candidate for coach of the year. Should he win it? Dermott is the only Bills head coach this century to help the team to 2 playoff appearances and their first 10 win season.

no, absolutely not, schedule is a huge part of the bills.

harbaugh should, he bought in entirely to lamar, created a new offense for him, they went all in. Their D stunk earlier on, now its a strength. Thats coaching.

Runner Up that fella up in GB did a hell of a job, against a legit schedule.

SF, buffalo, and a few more were reallllllllly weak schedules, san frans toughened up, but they also then lost games........

He did a nice job but not good enough for coach of the year in my opinion.
