Terrible acting so far, and we're only at the first commercial break.

I didn't see anything terrible with the acting, but if it's just going to be a carbon copy of the plot from the movie, what's the point?
Pilot episodes usually are though... got to wait until the show gets legs before judging...
Overall, just like the movie, it is a stupid story, but it is entertaining...
This is a decent show, but this week's ep may have killed it.
The Federales are tearing apart the truck looking for the book. The truck is in rather good shape, except for a HUGE rip in the driver seat. They toss the seats to the side without noticing the rip or tearing the seats apart on their own?
Very disappointing, lazy writing.
Seriously considering removing it from my DVR after that season finale (I know I am a week late, I just watched it tonight).
Seriously. What was the point of that as a finale? Hardly a cliffhanger. No resolution. Just an episode that should be in the middle of the season.
No point to this show at all.
Ok, that makes some sense. That episode was NOT a finale.I just watched it. I'm confused....an 8 episode season? Isn't that two short? The way that ended, we are supposed to tune-in the following week.
Now I know why.
"The trim stems from the off-set injury suffered by series star Ryan Phillippe who broke his leg on July 16. At the time, Shooter was in the midst of filming the ninth episode of its 10-episode second season. While production went on for a bit without Phillippe, it has since been shut down. And USA, along with the series producing companies Paramount TV and Universal Cable Prods., have since made a decision to only air the completed episodes, with Episode 8 serving as a Season 2 finale."
“I was the victim of a freak accident during a family outing on Sunday,” Phillippe wrote on Twitter on July 17. My leg is badly broken & required surgical attention, but I will make a full recovery, am in good hands, and will be back in action soon.”
Ok, that makes some sense. That episode was NOT a finale.
Thanks for the info.
that episode was shit.
how do they find her? just having her number lets them find her?
Find who? More info and I can answer
12/4: Shooter (USA) renewed for a longer (13-episode) 3rd season.
I’m surprised it got a second season. It had a pretty clean wrap up
still haven't seen it yet
