Yeah, in my humble opinion, Shea Weber is the best overall defenseman in the NHL. I love that guy.

I'm about to sit down and watch the 3rd period here. Anyone want to give a quick synopsis of the game so far while it's inbetween periods - Flow? Who's playing well? Who's possessing the puck more? From the box score it looks about even, but that usually doesn't tell the story.

Both have been solid. At least the Avs weren't completely dominated in the 2nd period tonight. In fact they mostly controlled the period.

It actually has been pretty even. Each team has a power play goal, each team has controlled a period, neither goalie is facing a ton of quality shots, but each are making a few tough ones.

As the 2nd period progressed the play became more physical. I expect a pretty hard hitting 3rd.
