NBA One Player Per Year and Team Draft

You pick one player per team and one player per draft year.

Cannot draft a player for the same team or same draft year.

20 players total - 4 lineups (per quarter)
Team: 4 years qualifies for a team
Draft years: 1979-2008
No position requirements.

Once you pick a team for a player you CANNOT switch him to a different team.

Ex: You draft Magic Johnson. You cannot pick another player for the Lakers or the 1979 nba draft.

You only have to fill 20/30 teams and 20/30 draft years.

Nope... as long as they played 4 years for that team. Or in 4 different seasons, I should say.
