Much like he had a week ago before the Seahawks beat the Carolina Panthers in the divisional round, Seattle actor and comedian Rainn Wilson has a message for Green Bay Packers before Sunday’s NFC championship game at CenturyLink Field.
“I’m sure you’d love to forget NFL opening day, when my Seahawks beat your Packers 36-16. How Marshawn Lynch strolled into the end zone not once but twice. How Russell Wilson threw for more yards and touchdowns than your precious ‘MVP’ Aaron Rodgers,” Wilson trash-talked in a spot for Fox Sports, putting air-quotes around “MVP.”
“Oh, Aaron’s complaining! Oh, he got stepped on by the Lions! Well, get ready, because there is one thing that is more dangerous than a human foot: A fierce claw of a Seahawk, and it’s coming down to grab you and your entire team, and rip you apart in its fierce talons.”
Check out Rainn Wilson’s video above. Kickoff for Sunday’s NFC championship game is scheduled for 12:05 p.m. on Fox TV, and of course we will have complete coverage on seattlepi.com.
