Well, there have been rumors for awhile now that Katie is calling more shots and MB is starting to step away. I mean, that's not a bad idea (if true) because MB is getting up there in age, and while in good health....you just never know.


Hopefully, that is the case, because it shows that Katie, unlike her dad, understands that this isn't Paul Brown's NFL anymore and teams/coaches simply can't do all the work for scouting, preping, interviewing, and running their team.

However, it all still remains to be seen.

That is because Marvin has convinced MIke Brown that with the new CBA for rookies, we can build this team from the draft without having to worry about free agents really, and it would be much cheaper to get scouts than it would be to waste money on free agency.
