I think the Rich McKay reports are non-sense. McKay is the President and CEO of the Falcons. Why on Earth would he take a GM job in Tampa? Malcolm Glazer is not stepping down as President of the Bucs and if he does, one of his boys will be the next one. Plus they basically shit on him for Jon Gruden, I'm not sure why he would ever want to work for the Glazers again.
